dried up blood under skin

lizzy, on December 2, 2016 at 2:24 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 20

The big day is right around the corner now and I don't know what to do about this dried up blood that's been there forever on the tip of my nose and its noticeable it makes me not even want to take picture even know i am use to it. Is there anyway that you can get rid of it?

Don't do it yourself. Definitely make an appointment with a dermatologist. You don't want to go digging into your nose right before your wedding.

Dermatologist- make up artists- and photoshop.

I had my photographer fix my lipstick- remove dress hanging straps- and even trim down the mole on my nose in one picture- only because the way the picture was lite and taken- the mole was like- making shadow puppets on the side of my face- it was just really odd- so I was like- this shit needs to go- or be made less noticeable.

If she can't? get a new photographer.

Have you been to the dermatologist? I had a red spot on my nose for awhile, and I went for a regular derm appointment and she told me it was a popped blood vessel - she zapped it while I was there and it went away after a week.

I had a red spot on my nose as well which they said was a blood vessel that was close to the surface. They lasered it but it took about a month/ month and a half to completely heal. I suggest going to a dermatologist as soon as possible so it has the time if needed

Did you mention you are getting married and need it to be gone for the wedding? I have some skin issues and the doctor was much more inclined to do something about it when I said I was getting married and really would like it resolved faster.

Holly, from what I understand, she's saying.... "I wanted to make sure it's not cancer, which is why I'm asking internet strangers."

Please see a dermatologist, OP. They can do a biopsy and give you answers better than we can.

Guys, she said she already went to a doctor...

But OP you should go to an actual dermatologist instead of just a GP.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at a vineyard this summer. During photos (pre ceremony/during first look) he turned quickly and got stabbed in between the the eyes with a big wire. Bled everywhere. In photos you have no idea - photoshop can take care of anything!! Talk to your photographer

    I suggest dermatologist.

I think gymrat meant to go to a doctor. Said "come on now" as in, it's common sense. Not asking why you went to a doctor. I could be wrong though.
