Dried florals

Sierra, on February 17, 2020 at 10:03 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6
Anyone used dried florals for their wedding? I plan to use lavender, thistle, bunny tail, baby's breath, eucalyptus, and pampus grass. Maybe also sola wood florals.

I have found good deals at hobby lobby for dried florals and found some interesting options at afloral.com but they have mixed reviews. Etsy is where I plan to get the lavender and my family has pampus grass we plan to use.
Any suggestions of other places to look for dried florals? Post your dried and wooden florals below!

I would definitely recommend Esty! Love everything I've ever bought on that site! Hobby lobby is good as well, you can try michaels, Save on crafts (its a website) and even amazon. I plan on using some dried flowers as well throughout my ceremony and reception - i feel like it adds a romantic kind of touch to it.

I thought about mixing in dried florals with my Sola flowers but couldn’t get a mix I liked without spending a ton on it. I did end up buying some dried gold baby’s breath on Etsy that was beautiful, and bought some dried eucalyptus we might use for our aisle from Michaels (with a coupon).

One thing I would keep an eye out on is dried flowers can draw moths (and other bugs). If you do go that route, I’d figure out a way to store them so that you don’t have a bunch of tiny moths around your house

I have seen some glitter babys breath and think it is breathtaking so I can only image what gold looks like! And yes most definitely I can't see purchasing anything from any craft store without a sale or coupon (i use to work retail crafts and know the proce can always get better!)
I had no idea they drew moths! I plan to order our dried flowers a bit in advance, and gift the bridal party wkth the bouquets so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!
