Very pretty, and you look beautiful in it! What was the horrible part earlier? The BM dresses really make yours stand out and seem so bright!

Thank you @Jen! My MOH is in coral as well and my SIL, FG and other soon to be step daughter is in Navy. The little ladies with me in the pic are my soon to be step daughter and my daughter. The customer service was horrible!! I was literally walked to a room and had my dress hung up and my SIL and I had to do everything. The alteration lady came out long enough to make my appointment and then left without even asking about how my dress felt or anything. No one at all helped my BMs with their dresses. Oh and to top it off...my brand new dress had a light brown spot on it! Thankfully they got it out and we didn't have to order a new dress like the consultant had first suggested. I couldn't even believe that she thought we could get a new dress in and have it altered and bustled in time for my wedding! It took two months to get my dress in as it was. And some how the dress I order is not as long as the dress I tried on. I don't understand that one at all since I ordered the next size up. So now I have no choice but to wear flats so my shoes don't show Smiley sad I already had a pair picked out from their store and i was going to have them dyed navy.

Can you speak to the company about what happened? especially about the spot on your dress and how it's not long enough. you're probably right, too late to comfortably get a new dress ordered.

myself, when I pay for certain things that are supposed to be one way, if they aren't, then I write and call in to the big wigs of the company and let them know. usually a letter that requires a signature. I'd see if you can get them to issue some credit towards your purchase or something. I've managed to get some product from places when this happened. After letting them know that if they throw in something to help ease my displeasure with them, I'll be likely to tell everyone how they do a great job of making things right. Smiley smile

beautiful bride and bridesmaids! good job!

Well the drama surrounding it all really stinks but in other news, you all look gorgeous. Don't remove the bow, I really like it.

Honestly, DB sucks. You aren't going to get good customer service there ie: someone helping you in and out of dresses, etc. Its like the Walmart of wedding dress stores. Also, just because you ordered a larger size doesn't mean the dress will be longer- if someone told you that, they were wrong. How tall are you?

Thank you everyone Smiley smile @annakay I am 5'7. I tried on a 6 but I had to get an 8 and I have to have a little bit of alterations done to it. I just don't understand why the one I got is shorter than the one I tried on. I am also having a bell bustle so I am even more concerned with the length of it. Does anyone know if the bustle will take off any more length?

@stitchingbride If the spot didn't come out than I probably would have talked to someone else about the issue.

Ughhhh. I am glad everything worked out for you but I would be back in that store asking for a manager and requesting a discount! That is just crazy. I checked out DB too, and ended up getting my 5 BM dress there, but there customer service was terrible!!! I booked an appointment and our consultant left me several times for at least 10 minutes each time. I was not impressed. I gladly spent my money elsewhere.
