I’m not a seamstress but have worked in dress shops. I am actually familiar with both dresses. The Harmony dress has more structure in so it’ll always fit a little different than The Geranium dress but you could potentially add volume and some horsehair to the skirt. I would say just make sure you are working with a seamstress who knows what they’re doing because those are the ones who can work some magic!

You can get a slip to wear under the dress to add poof. I got mine on Amazon for like $15

I personally like the first one better! But I definitely think something can be added underneath to make the bottom set like the second dress. The second dress poofs out starting right above the hips at the waist, and the first dress starts to poof right below the hips, so it definitely won’t look exact, but I think you could definitely get someone to add more proof to the bottom

Yeah, maybe that’s what it is, but I don’t know, I’m still a big fan of the first one. The second one, no offense, is certainly very beautiful, but seems more cake topper-ish to me. I think they could definitely do something about the ribbon in the front

I tried that first dress on as well and I didn't add a ribbon to it and liked it better! I'd ask your seamstress what they recommend as far as making it have a little more body to the bottom! That was also the one thing that kept me from saying yes to it!

You can just get a petticoat or crinoline skirt to wear under your dress to make it pouffier. If you go that route (as opposed to having the seamstress add permanent structure under the dress) you would need to purchase your slip/skirt prior to alterations because it will change the length of the hem required.
