Dress - What do you think? Is it for me?

I am the most indecisive when it comes to making big decisions. I go back and forth so much and want to see all my options to make sure it's exactly what I want. I am the most indecisive when it comes to making big decisions. I go back and forth so much and want to see all my options to make sure it's exactly what I want. I've been to several stores and I'm sure by now some of these bridal shops are getting super annoyed of seeing me in there multiple times and not buying a dress yet.

My vision for the dress I wanted was illusion top with a very deep plunge and fit and flare silhouette.

Yesterday, after going to 4 stores I may have something I really like! Still haven't pulled the trigger to order the dress yet.

What do you guys think? Is this the one for me? How long did it take you to find your dress?

No dress looks the same in person as in a photo on an airbrushed model. One of the first things brides say is to be open to trying on all styles and from most posts here, very few if any got the same style as they intended from the beginning.

And you shouldn't have to settle but if you really think this is the one, go for it!

I also love a cathedral veil, but I think the back of your dress is so gorgeous, I would do a fingertip veil. I wouldn't take away from the train at all.

Gorgeous dress, but if you aren't sure I'd say keep looking. Not saying everyone has that tearful its the one moment, but I believe when you find one that you feel absolutely amazing in, you wont even question it. I found my dress at the second store I went to. I believe it was the 7th dress overall I tried on.

Yes, the dress never looks the same as it does on the models. I like taking several photos of me in the dress so I can reflect on it to see if I like how the dress looks on me in the photos as well.

In the very beginning I was actually planning on 2 different dresses. One for the ceremony and one for the reception.

So now this has turned into a mesh of both looks I want.

You know what, I haven't tried running (fast walking) or sitting down in it. Those are great things to consider!

Nice! Picking a venue and date is definitely the most important so you can start planning everything else. That's actually all I have right now as well. My fiance's family is also catholic, so we will have the ceremony in a catholic church and then having the reception at a country club. I haven't hired a wedding planner, because I like to do the planning stuff myself, but I will be hiring a day of wedding coordinator.
