Dress topper

I'm not wearing one, but I love them! I think they're gorgeous, and a great way to get two dress in one. The one you picked is beautiful.

Why are you having second thoughts? That's one of my favorite toppers from BHLDN!

@mmb, I just wish it was a little sparkly... or something. I just feel it's missing something

I just bought my Itala topper from BHDLN this past weekend! I am so excited for it to come in! If you want one with a bit more sparkle, you can get the Brody. It's lace but has TONS of sparkle (it doesn't look like it in the picture, but it was blinding me in the store). Plus, its marked down to $100 from $600.

ETA: The Brody does have a white underlayer, kind of like a bra, sew in, but you can easily have a seamstress remove this without any harm done to it. It's just attached by the straps.

My salon had them too, but I am not sure of the prices. Check with your local bridal shops/salons.

My dress is the one in my first comment, same dress and topper. I loved it originally but now some family members think it's just too plain and should be more "blingy" .. I'll be wearing simple diamond earrings and pendant because it was my mom's who past away so I can't dress the dress up with jewelry if that makes sense

@jessica m I love the brody but I just wish it had the cap sleeves lol. Basically I want the Sydney topper I have but with the beading from brody lol

@Jennifer - I don't know if you are crafty at all or not, but you could always sew some iridescent or clear sequins in. That is what I am doing to add a little bit of sparkle to mine. You could even ask your seamstress to do it! When they are placed in the correct spots sporadically throughout the lace, it looks beautiful!

@@jessica I'm considering it. I have a custom sewing and embroidery business and have been sewing for years but truthful I'm terrified to touch my dress haha. Where did you get your sequins from? Are you glueing?

So I took a chance and ordered the Luciana topper (soldbout/discontinued) that someone was selling on ebay new with tags. Here's to hoping it's everything I dreamed of! Or that I can at least resell it if I hate it lol. It sparkles!!! (Photo from bhldn reviews)

I ordered mine from Etsy because I wanted a little more traditional feel during the ceremony. (Family has always had covered shoulders and minimal cleavage in the ceremony dress) It was made to size and the lace is so soft!

I got the Luciana topper by Jenny yoo for bhldn in today... its perfect! Love the sparkle.
