I've heard about the green juice cleanse! I have not heard anything about the Mag07 pills. I really do not want to put the amount of money down towards the alterations. I also do not want to try these items and not have results. Everything is stressing me out lol! Do you do both at the same time? What kind of results did you get doing both?

I think you look great, but I'm also about comfort too. If it were me I'd get it altered since I wouldn't want the added stress of losing weight. Either way you will look amazing! Good luck!

View Quoted Comment Yes you will have results. In one week you can definitely lose 7-10lbs as long as you follow the instructions. Also if you add in working out it will be beneficial and aid in even more lbs lost. I have averaged 1-2lbs a day when doing this. It is not a miracle pill or cleanse it takes work and the 3rd day is usually the hardest for me. Maybe your FH can do it with you. Having support really really helps. My FH and I just restarted together cause of holidays and my birthday we did a lot of traveling and unhealthy eating so now we meal prep and workout together he doesn’t use the supplements I use but men usually burn calories faster than women so I take them to aid and it helps. We don’t deprive ourselves of treats here and there but since you are so close I would go all in no treats till the wedding day 😊. Go hard or go home mentally lol. On amazon mag07 pills are $25 and if you have amazon prime will come next day. You can also sometimes find the recipes and shopping list for the green smoothie cleans on Pinterest but the book I believe is like $10 on amazon and can come next day as well or download it to your phone if you have kindle. I didnt even tell the seamstress anything and she was like "oh no who let you leave with the bodice like this" so I feel like my dress is now in good hands, I pick up Tuesday. I agree! I rather be comfortable than try to lose the weight otherwise and stress out more.

View Quoted Comment Great 👍🏾 Take 3 at bed time. And try to pick healthy options when eating out and drink plenty of water ( extra if you drinking alcohol lol). It will help. I love cheese but it’s hard on your digestive track so if you can skip it or cut back. Oh and one little miracle trick that does help is doing the plastic wrap with Vick’s vapor rub but it literally only works for water weight and will only last about a day so i would suggest doing it the night before and also wearing an excercise waist trainer over the plastic to keep it in place and help sweat out the water. Again this only helps for about a day but if you need an extra inch or maybe two around the waist gone it will do the trick.

View Quoted Comment I had an inch taken out overall and pick up Tuesday, but the extra weight will be nice too. When I first purchased the dress was like 25 pounds lighter 😅. So I'm hoping this will help me kickstart my weightloss journey for real this time. I cant keep living this lifestyle.
