Dress too plain? Add a belt?

Hi all, I was recently at my first alterations appt and had my aunt tag along. It was the first time she saw the dress and she mentioned that it looked a bit plain. The seamstress suggested another belt. What do you guys think? Picture is from when I bought the dress.

    Gorgeous dress! I'm in the minority and don't think it needs a belt, however it would look beautiful either way.
