Dress smell

So I have stored my wedding dress in my mother in laws house in her attic for about 3 years now. I just got it back and has a musty attic smell to it. Is there anyway of getting the smell out without harming my dress?!

Is there anywhere you can hang it or lay it out in the open for a few days ?

If not you can bring it to a reputable cleaner

I would try letting it hang outside a day (with some air on it.) But I’m guessing you’ll need to dry clean.

Dry cleaning it is the best you can do.
