I’d wear a nude strapless bra. It can help give you a better picture of what it will look like day of! Also wear seemless nude or white underwear! That’s really good if you want a form fitting dress!! Hope this helps good luck! 😊

Underwear that you’re comfortable with a stranger seeing you in.

If you have it, wear what you plan on wearing with your wedding dress, or something similar. Wear your wedding shoes or ones with the same height heel to see how everything could potentially look!! Good luck with your dress search!

I may be an oddity, but I stripped down to just my underwear for all of my appointments. Since I was trying on so many different styles, it was easier to just slip in and out of gowns (and many with no backs) without worrying about if my bra worked for different dresses. I will say that I’m super comfortable being stripped down, but I asked every one of my consultants and they all said they didn’t mind/are used to brides being almost nude.

Nude bra/panties. I also recommend wearing shapewear/spanx! Wedding dresses at these shops do not come in every size so spanx definitely help if the gown is smaller than your size. Also, wedding dresses are sized different than street clothes, I was told your wedding dress size is usually 2 sizes larger than your usual clothes.

I wore a nude bra to my dress appointments but I ended up removing it as it was much easier to try on dresses without one (these bridal attendants see all different kinds of bodies everyday so don't be shy!) Good luck

Yeah none of my consultants were actually in the room while I was trying on. They would step out until I was mostly in and then step back in to zip, lace or clip. I also chose not to wear a bra.. That was one of the things I wanted in a dress, is to be able to be bra-less! I think underwear only matters if you want a tight to your body dress. If you have/like shapewear, that would also be a good option to wear
