I like the dress better. Honestly before this forum I didn't know people put that much thought into their shower outfits.

I would go with the dress just to be safe. I wore a boho maxi dress to my shower and I'm so glad I did because everyone else was in high tea/cocktail attire. Had I gone with pants and a cute top, I might have been under dressed for my own shower :/

I'd go with a dress. Most women I know wear dresses to showers, even in the winter.

Wear what is most comfortable! Both outfits sound super cute! You can always dress up jeans with nice jewelry!

Go with what makes you comfortable. The last thing you want is to be uncomfortable when you should be enjoying yourself.

Yeah definitely wear the dress. I was going to say you could ask the host what kind of attire is ok but it's a shower and I think most people dress up a little for those. I would feel uncomfortable if I was in pants and a top and everyone else was wearing a dress.

I would probably go with a dress, but make sure you are comfortable. If you're paranoid about keeping your legs together, go for a longer dress if that's an option.
