Dress is tight at the hips

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with their dress being tight at the hips. I have wide hips and the dress fits me well in other areas but I find it hard to move and sit down wondering if this is something that I should have altered I can still wear it, but it just feels tight. My dress is a lace trumpet.

I have that same problem with mine, and I am going to get it altered. I want to be able to dance and move and shake it! And currently my thighs and booty are way too restricted for that
