Should I add a ballgown hoop skirt underneath my gown or leave as is? Which belt would look best? Or no belt?

I would say no to the ballgown skirt underneath, but that first belt would look beautiful with your dress!

There is something elegant and beautiful in the dress as it is. If it were me, I'd leave it as is.

No hoop skirt! I like it as is. As far as a belt, it’s hard to tell when its not on your dress, however I think I like the first or second belts best. I’m drawn to the first one because its unique.

It's pretty as is, but needs a belt. I liked the first belt the best

I by far prefer crinoline / a stiff net petticoat like a tiered skirt, to a hoop or two in a petticoat for a long time sitting or dancing, and using the rest room. And if you bustle the back of skirt train, you do not have the hoops problem of the extra weight in back pushing the hoop in and down, so it pops up se eral inches in front. April is not a hot month, and the only reason to favor a hoop for a modified bell skirt is because on a beasy hot day, it is cooler than ruffled netting. But April, try on petticoats of different sizrs, and try hoop ones if ypu wand to check out walking and dancing with hoops. And you can buy a ruffled net one for $15-35
with as narrow or large a bell to the skirt as you want. Try on several with the dress.

I like the first belt but if you want to keep it simple go with the third. It’s a beautiful dress as is but if you want to have a little pop add the belt. I wouldn’t do the skirt but that’s just personal preference
