Are you on Facebook? If so, try to find a wedding discussion group in your area and ask for recommendations/help - a lot of people cruise those pages for business and you may be able to find someone that can do it in the timeframe.

Have you contacted other bridal shops or places that sell evening wear? They may be able to recommend or have an in-house tailor. You definitely still have time! You may have to oay extra for “rush” service. Another option would be a department store that carries evening wear; they often offer alterations, like Nordstrom. If that doesn’t work, I’d try a private seamstress through yelp or thumbtack:

Being in a small town no one wants to take it on... 😒😫 On the plus side I was having major dress regret anyway. So I talked to my aunt and I am getting a new dress tomorrow. I'm sad but excited. Everything happened for a reason.
