Can you cancel a wedding dress order from David's bridal?

    If you already paid for it, I think you're stuck with it. Sometimes, they will do a store exchange but that varies by store.

    I bought my dress there and they don't Order it until you put money Down on it... so I would check they probably have NOT ordered it they just have in the computer What one you wanted and size.

    Nope. They are NOT accommodating at all with issues. If you paid for it, then it is yours. That is typical of most bridal shops. David's I do not care for because you have to pay for the dress in full, up front. If you dress comes in and it isn't what you wanted, then you are stuck with it. At a normal bridal shop, you place a deposit and the dress comes in, you can say, nope and just lose a deposit. At David's you lose it all. You can try, but honestly, they are notorious for not giving a dang after the sale. I refused to go there.

    What does your receipt say? Even if you didn't pay for it yet, you should have gotten some sort of receipt or order slip. Call your store to ask as well.

    I changed my mind on a dress from Davids and they gave me all my money back except 10%

    From what I've heard, Davids Bridal really doesn't return or cancel. How could it be ordered without you paying anything toward it? If the store is just ordering a dress so they have one in inventory then you might not be responsible to purchase it. I would contact the store manager.

    My dress was a final sale. Check your receipt and contact the store.

    They say all dresses are a final sale but my store did tell me I could exchange mine for anything as long as it was the same value as the dress. But each store varies I've heard.
