Double take how do avoid making it feel like a rerun.

For us brides that are planning to get married twice (meaning eloping or having a small intimate ceremony and then having a bigger ceremony with everyone)


Are you planning to wear your same dress or different dress? Are you planning to do the same vows (if writing your vows will u say them twice). How do we make each time feel independently special and not a rerun.

Maybe while eloping wear a different dress (something nice but inexpensive) and say the minimal I do’s. Save the big wedding dress for later and the vows and unity stuff we were originally planning.
