I've had such a horrible experience trying to get a wedding ring for FH. We found (via pinterest?) these bands with a wood inlay.
They could only be ordered online from weddingbandshq.com which is fine for us as we order everything online but we have had an awful time with this website!
Our initial order was fine, the ring came & it was lovely but way, way too big. They advertise free exchanges. There is no process for getting an exchange online, so I contact them. Nothing. contact again. & am told they don't have my original order, so I send it to them. Nothing. Send again, finally get a return form.
I paid for expedited shipped back to them, as wedding was now ~3 weeks away. A week after the ring arrived, nothing from the company. I email them & ask when my replacement will ship, wait 2 days, am sent a tracking number but not told what shipping service. Check UPS, Fedex, USPS. USPS says the label was created but not shipped...10 days before wedding & ring hasn't shipped.
