Domain renewal

Hi! How do you submit payment to renew the custom domain/URL? My custom domain is set to expire before our postponed event. I’m worried after reading from some posts from brides in the forum that their custom url was deactivated when the payment for renewal was processed. Help!

    Hi Isabelle!! If you would like to keep your custom domain active, please follow the pop up instructions that will appear within your wedding website editor up to 30 days before your domain expires.

    Hi Lynnie, Thanks for the information. How can I take care of this before waiting for this message? It sounds like several brides have had major website issues during this renewal process. I want to make sure the website is securely running before printing and sending the link on my stationery. Thank you, Isabelle
