Does Mother of Bride and Father of Bride match?

    I think this is personal preference - I think the most important thing is that they feel comfortable and beautiful in whatever they pick. My mum really struggled to find something that she liked, so I can only imagine how much harder it would have been if I had put restrictions on colour.

    That said, I think it's kind of nice if they coordinate, or at least tone in with the rest of the group.

    My husband (of 30 years) always wants to match whenever we go out 🤣. My daughter's wedding colors were navy and blush so my dress was a mix of both colors (navy background with blush/burgundy roses) and my husband's suit was gray but his tie matched my dress perfectly.

    This all depends on the situation. My parents are divorced and my mom has a new fiance, so it would be weird for her to match my father. She if anything is going to match her fiance. However my FH's parents are still together and usually try to match each other. They don't need to match in color, as long as both are dressed appropriately for however formal your wedding is.
