Does invite have to "match" wedding colors?

No, the colors don’t have to match your wedding colors.

Mine kinda did; but it's not required.

They don’t have to match exact but the invites set the tone for your wedding for guests, like formality and general theme. Pick what you like!

Ours are black and white invites.
Our colors are real, purple, raspberry, blue, black and silver gray. So they dont really match

People usually match their invitations to their wedding, but you don’t have to. We matched ours to 2/5 of our colors (pink and gold)!

I diy’d mine, so the Invitation was one color, the RSVP cards another color, and the return labels were in the accent color.

It’s not required, but may be more fun or meaningful to the couple if it does coordinate (slightly or fully).
