I was wondering because when I first got my ring it fit just right and Now that I wear it I can feel it get loose through out the day than somehow it start to fit perfect again idk .. I don't wear my ring to bed because I'm scared it's going to come off somehow. I don't want to get it resize because...

I don't wear my ring to bed because I'm scared it's going to come off somehow. I don't want to get it resize because it may be to tight and plus I have to already take it back because it has burn marks on it from the first time they did the sizing.

I don't wear my ring to bed, shower, doing housework, or working out. I don't want to break it or anything like that.

I take mine off when I go to yoga or I'm making meatballs or some other messy cooking thing ...

I used to wear mine to bed, but one morning I woke up and my ring wasn't on my finger. I frantically searched through the blankets and sheets until I found it.

I only wear it when I leave the house. Mine is slightly loose and I don't want to lose it! When I'm going out though I am super aware of having it on because I don't always have it on. I'm going to resize it once I get down to a weight I like and stay there.

@olivia I need to look into a ring bandit! I've been trying to figure out ways not to leave my ring in my gym locker. I have a lock but it still freaks me out leaving it in there

Initially I tried sleeping with it, but my fingers also swell at night. I found that when they'd swell at night, the indent on my finger would become more pronounced and then the ring was looser during the day so I stopped wearing it to bed.

I started out wearing mine 24/7 bc I didn't want to take it off. But I noticed it starting to yellow already. Now I take it off to shower and wash dishes.

I don't ever wear my ring to bed, when I shower, when I do dishes, or really anything messy. I do love wearing my ring! I'm just afraid of getting it all gross.

I only take mine off for the gym, shower, and cleaning. I'm not afraid I'll lose it because I always put it in my ring box when I'm not wearing it.

Nope. I have a lil vintage gold compact next to my bed that it goes in.

I take my ring off for bed, cleaning, going to the gym, and showering. I have a jewelry box next to my bed that I put it in while I'm doing whatever.

I take my ring off to sleep for all the reasons people have said: my fingers swell at night, avoiding the risk of prongs getting caught on the sheets and bending, and not wanting to accidentally scratch myself or FS in the middle of the night.

I'm like a few others in this feed. I take my ring off when I shower/wash my hair, clean, or use any products in my hands. I love wearing my ring. Sometimes it gets loose when I get cold, but I keep it on all day.

I don't wear mine to bed. I read that you shouldn't wear it when working out, swimming, to bed, or when using cleaning products. I take it off when I shower too, but not when I wash my hands.

Oh, and it definitely fits more snug in the summer than now when it's getting colder. Fingers swell in heat.

I always wear my ring. Except for 3 things: shower, washing dishes, & cooking

I take mine off for bed, shower, and cooking/cleaning. I just put it back in its ring box. I heard that sleeping with it on can make the prongs loose on it and you could lose your diamond. And well cooking is gross if you're getting pieces of meat etc in it and shower is not good because of soap buildup. Some people never want to take theirs off and I think that's fine, too.
