I'm thinking about my guest list and I don't have any vegetarians on there. FH doesn't think we should offer anything but chicken but I'm overruling him on that one haha. I'm thinking about pulled pork as a second option. But I can always add a pasta dish for a vegetarian option. We're making...

I'm thinking about my guest list and I don't have any vegetarians on there. FH doesn't think we should offer anything but chicken but I'm overruling him on that one haha. I'm thinking about pulled pork as a second option. But I can always add a pasta dish for a vegetarian option.

We're making everything homemade...no caterers so...no guidance on those types of things haha.

    Considering my one cousin is a vegetarians, yes we will. We will also have 2 kosher meals for another cousin and her husband. I would also want all my guests to feel welcome, and have heard a lot of negative feedback from vegetarian guests who attend weddings and only get a piece of lettuce or the veggies that would go with the meat main course. I just don't think that is fair. They should get Eggplant Parm or something. (Hold the parm for @Alegandra!) If you're making everything yourself, make it something equivalent to the other courses.
