I yhink that If you are dating and a guy tells you that they are in a relationship That means that They have formed a Mutual bond with someone else.. I really dont and never have understood why a single (meaning what folks check off on legal paperwork) person has to Cheat!! I mean I would leave or get out of the relationship.. Nothing is legaly binding you two and if one of the 2 parties are not happy then SEE Ya!! Marriage to me is a union... Sacred and not to be entered into lightly.. Therefore I take this thing seriously...

I used to think it didn't matter but that was because 'labels' used to make me uncomfortable. I felt like a label would be putting me in a box and that there were certain characteristics that I would HAVE to conform to in order to fit into that box, and I didn't think I knew what the rules were or confident that I had those characteristics (I am not the typical female - domestic activities are not my idea of fun and I am sometimes not so great with communication or intimacy either).

That was when I was young and stupid and afraid to love and commit and be vulnerable though. I am now totally in love with FH and anxiously waiting to embrace my pending titles as "Mrs" "Married" and "Wife" (?Mother) and to define these titles and roles as is complementary and comfortable for both of us (and not by what society dictates).

If we think about it though, "single" or "dating" can still be considered a relationship label so to say labels don't matter is very un-enlightened and kind of redundant
