Do kids get a “plate” or are they just included under the parents?

Depends on age. Most have a kids meal for ages 2-12. Babies who aren’t eating solid food or are just starting don’t count as a plate. Ask your vendor for Kids Menu option and cost.

I would ask your vendor or venue but usually 3 and under are not charged. 4-12 do get a plate. Whether or not it is an adult meal or adult size meal is also up to you or vendor.

Ask the vendor, they often have different pricing for kids. If they're being nursed they don't need a meal. You might need to ask the parents what they eat

Depends on their age; usually the venue charges a lower price for a children's meal so i recommend to check with them.

With my venue we just gave kids under 2 years old a plate due to needing to meet a minimum but originally it was supposed to be shared with the parents.

My venue charges half price for children ages 4-14 and free for 3 and under.
