Do i still invite these people?

I would still send them invitations. People's plans change and you don't want to get put in a situation where they say they can come after all but you've "uninvited" them and invited someone else.

Cross them out and invite other ppl as sending them the save the date as well. Once you get an accurate count of ppl then if you like you can send out the offical invitations. Im happy ppl told you they werent coming versa you guys wasting money on ppl who wouldnt had shown
