Do I invite MUA to wedding?

Anikia, on April 22, 2016 at 11:44 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

This may be dumb question, but I didn't really think about until someone stated I needed to put him on the list. I mean is that the proper thing to do? ETA typo

    What does MAU stand for?

Eta: looked at the comments. if you mean MUA then no, you don't have to unless he's your friend.

No. If you, for some reason, decide you need their services all night long then yes, invite and feed them too. If they're just doing makeup for the day, they'll go home.

ETA: I guess I just assumed MAU was Makeup Artist (MUA).

Are you thinking Make-Up-Artist?! Don't know what MAU means.

If its make-up artist... No. Unless he's your friend.

I'm paying for my MUA to stay until immediately after the ceremony for touch-ups but not beyond that so I didn't plan on having a seat for her. So unless you're also inviting this person as a guest or you want them to stay with you the entire not (not typical), I'd say no.

No. Pay them after their services and let them go on their merry way.

I think there are some vendors you can pay for, like the photographer. But generally MUA leave BEFORE the start of the wedding.
