Do I include my vendors in my guest count to my catering vendor?

I would check your contract or with your coordinator. Our venue provides reduced cost vendor meals, so that would be a separate count from guest meals for our venue.

Usually your venue does NOT include vendors in your final head count. They have separate vendor guest meals but they usually do not count against your count. They didn't at ours and I asked that specifically.

You should include them - however, many caterers or venues have vendor pricing. You should definitely ask about a reduced rate for your vendors

Yes, check with your caterer/coordinator. Ours must be included but the coordinator asked us if we wanted different food for them ( deli try suggested...umm no!) or regular meal. They do discount the cost of alcohol for vendors.

YOu include vendors who will be there all evening, but most of the venues will have a vendor meal price that is cheaper.

Yes, but identify them separately. Like, we have say 5 vendors, so identified them as that. Our caterer charges less for those under 21 and vendors, since our alcohol is included, so they deduct that out of those plates.
