She and my Future Brother in Law have been dating about as long as my FH and I have. We aren't that close but she will be attending everything. Does she have to be in my wedding party or can I just invite her to everything?

No, you don't. This kind of threw me off too in the beginning (whether I should be asking my FH's sister in law or if he should be asking my brother in laws). The groomsmen are those close to your FH and the bridesmaids are those close to you. If you don't want to ask her then you are definitely not being rude if you don't.

Nope. But it would be a really kind gesture to invite her to everything. Also you have a ton of time before you should ask your BP. Don't sweat it.

No. You only ask people who you are closest to to stand by you. I don't feel partners of siblings need to be in the wedding party unless you were actually close with them.
