I don't know if he really loves me anymore

We been together for 1year5months2days and we are do to walk down the aisle on June 12th 2021
The reason why I think he does not love me anymore since we've been together he has not touched me hold me or even tell me you love me and he's been going out every night and he has been hanging with my sister ever since we got together they haven't gone places that he have never took in me if I should marry him WHAT SHOULD I DO

Talk to him. If you want to be mature, loving adults who want to get married you should be able to talk to him about how you’re feeling and the things you need from him like affection and quality time.
