Hey Lovely People,

I am looking for a caterer located in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area that is around $8000 or less for 175 people. Buffet style preferred because I know it is a bit more economical I am not sure if this is possible, but I just cannot fathomSmiley ups paying more for my food than the venue it self. We are due to get married next year 2023 in July so, I thought I was doing something right by finding caterer vendors now, but now I am just lost. Please, help if you know of any in this area around that price. Smiley heart

    Contact your favorite local restaurant and find out if they offer drop off catering. They set it up buffet style and it’s often more and better food than a regular caterer at a fraction of the price.

    What kind of food are you looking for ? I live in Maryland but I’m getting married in PA so the place who’s catering my wedding (Hickory Ridge Restaurant) will be way to far for you but I do know of a lot of people who had mission bbq cater there wedding and they have great pricing and I love there food lol!

    I agree with this !! A restaurant near my venue is catering our wedding of 110 people (we will have prime rib and stuffed chicken as our entrées) with 3 yummy appetizers and a bunch of other stuff and our price including sodas, waters teas and lemonade were under 6,000! Also the food is absolutely amazing so we were so happy lol

    That is so true. I want to go with this locally owned restaurant and their food is so good😋 but I was worried about the setting it up and breaking it down, but what I think I’m going to do is have a catering company that just provides the servers to do all of this.

    I’m in Maryland and my wedding is less than half that size and catering is like $9k. But the company Simply Fresh has been amazing to work with if you still want to check them out.
