Dj cost?

Depending on how long you want them for, location, and package offerings I’ve seen them range from $500-$2000. I would search for FH’s in your area using the search features on here to get a better feel for what your area is looking like.

I paid $1,685 for my DJ in northern NJ. This covered music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and also the dancefloor lighting.

I was super picky about my DJ choice and we are expected to spend $1500

It’s going to range depending on where you are located. But we paid $700 for 5 hours. We got a killer deal on our DJ and they did a great job!

Mine was $1650 which I think is too expensive, but he did a great job so I’m ok with it.

Mine is $600 for 4 hours. So far I really like him.

We talked to three and two were between 1k and 1,250. Ours ended up being 850$ for a 5 hour reception

It depends on where you live and also the reputation of the DJ. The DJ we hired for our wedding is well known in our area and has a great reputation. He normally charges $1800-$2000 but b/c he is a friend of my of my FH's best friends, he's doing our wedding for $1000; that covers our ceremony and reception. We are not having a cocktail hour.

Mine is giving us a deal since we are using their preferred vendor so they gave us the ceremony hour for free.

We are still paying $850 for the night with no other extras.
