My contract had something similar. I didn't get overly worried as my venue is a private country club that hosts events with DJs all the time so their electrical set-up is just fine. I imagine the contract includes that verbiage as some outdoor areas, barns, etc may be challenging as far as providing power to the area.

From my knowledge, this is something that's standard for DJs as they want to protect themselves just in case something happens.
