Diy/cheap centerpieces

Alex, on February 29, 2020 at 2:25 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 2 14
Looking for cheap or DIY centerpieces. We’re going to have around 100 guests, so 13 tables. I can’t really afford more than $10ish dollars per table for centerpieces. Any ideas on this? Photo references appreciated! ❤️

Go to dollar tree.con order 13 vases that’s 13$. Then order tea light holders there are 140 per box 48$ per box, that’s 10 per table plus 10 left for your table. Go to amazon and order a box of 200 tea lights that’s 20$. Go to global roses.com they have very cheap flowers.

Each of the centerpieces were created for under $15. For candleholders and candles, go to the dollar store. For the picture in the top right, look for mismatched candleholders at Goodwill (remember, many of them can be spray-painted).

Definitely floating candles are going to be your cheapest option. Like the other ladies said, get the tall glass vases from Dollartree, and you should be able to find floating candles for cheap on Amazon. Michaels does a lot of coupons if you want some greenery for the table, otherwise scope out Facebook marketplace

If you want fresh flowers, we ordered bouquets on Sam’s Club. The only challenge is that you need a place to store them—either a fridge or another cool place—before your event. We got the vases for free from someone who got married before us. But, you can order simple vases online from Dollar Tree. We put tea lights in plain glass cups around them. Another option is baby’s breath. Depends on what you want.

I used mason jars and then I filled it with sand and beads and candle and had some flower petals and overall I spent like $1-2 per centerpiece

I found a rental place for my vases. 50 cents a piece. Then I ordered a box of floating candles from amazon and I’m buying greenery at Trader Joe’s. Diy/cheap centerpieces 5

If you’re into diy floral arrangement, I would encourage you to look into local wholesale florists. I’m gonna do seven centerpieces and have some extra roses and greenery for my sweetheart table (total $250).

This is my pinspiration. I love simple sidepieces. I painted masen jars and we are going to fill them with just babys breath and tie our photo in the lid like the photo.
