Here are some tips I've found and/or was going to use myself:


1. Get a backdrop frame or decide how/if you can decorate a wall space in your venue (some may not let you put things on their wall)
2. Decide how the photos will be taken (tablet/ipad, selfie station where people use their own devices and you provide a selfish stick maybe?). Also decide if you will provide equipment to get printouts or if they will all be digital and if your guests will just hashing or tag you? Or if you use your device then you'll have them.
Consider getting a Bluetooth remote to make group shots easier since it will be diy if you aren't having an attendant
3. Pinterest some ideas to determine if you want fabric draping, balloons, combo, greenery/floral
4. Decide if you want props (I'd probably skip shared props because of concerns with covid)
