I like the colours and layout. Instead of tape, glue might be easier for assembly!

I would be tempted to go with more of a glue stick glue. The white liquid glue can be messy, in my opinion. Another option is mod podge, which dries clear.

Nitpicky but minute: "Request" and "Follow" don't need to be capitalized, I don't think.. And definitely don't use tape for the final invitations, glue will look much cleaner. I love the horseshoe and the colour combination!

EDIT: For aesthetics, I'd also maybe remove the gap between the last two lines of the address, to even it out with the time lines on the left vs hanging a line lower.. if that makes any sense, haha And perhaps put "three o'clock" followed on the next line by "in the afternoon", to better space out the wording. Sorry, I work around this stuff a lot, so I end up noticing the littlest things.

Ok these are really cute and look really easy to make. I'm still deciding on which route to take for invitations.

I used Glue Dots to assemble my invites. They worked great! I got them on sale at Joann's so they weren't that expensive. It basically is a little dispenser that rolls out dots of adhesive. Made assembly super easy, and the result looked great.

And I agree with Annie, even out the address and the time. But very cute.

They're super cute! For glue, a spray adhesive works really well. No lumps or bumps but your fingers will get very very sticky. You have to wash your hands often when you use it. Also, along the glue dots line, those scrap booking tape runners work great.

Glue is tricky. I make photo calendars for my work colleagues during the holidays and even glue sticks can be messy if you use too much or not stick if you do not use enough. Photo sticker squares will be the least messy; however, it is time consuming to stick each one on and remove the backs.

I have only used the scotch brand ones, but this is what I am talking about: http://www.pfile.com/product/k-psm-500/?r=GB-K-PSM-500&utm_source=google%2Bproducts&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=GB-K-PSM-500&gclid=CjwKEAjwz_-nBRC0zbDb_YOT1TgSJACW2VECutBshVIVBpMFcZgstPgbtHpdUyqtoQGCRGiM0HHvdRoCGuXw_wcB

I love the layout. For adhesive I suggest precut raised double sided tape. I don't know what they would be called from Michael's or Joann's but I have some from Stampin' Up (kind of expensive direct sales scrapbooking company) called Dimensionals. Glue dots or tape runner like someone else suggested would also work well but something like the dimensionals would raise up the layers a bit making it look thicker.

Thanks guys I will look into the glue dots and tape runners. This was just a trial run , I printed the invite on regular paper until I ordered the actually supplies . I also had to cut pieces of the green cardstock because they sent the wrong size invitation mat samples. That's actually two different color greens LOL

These are super cute layout and design. As someone else I believe already mentioned, you don't need to capitalize "request." I'm also not a huge fan of the spacing on the address. just seems a bit disjointed. Maybe make the location name larger and remove the spacing between the street line and city, state line.

As for adhesive. I'd raid Hobby Lobby or Michael's scrap booking aisles. I'm guessing, glue dots or photo squares would work best. I'm not sure what type of paper you're using, but I'd be most concerned about gluing the white paper because it is probably the thinnest and easiest to see ripples in. Maybe there is sticker paper or something like that you can print the words on. Then if the brown and green papers are heavier card stock you'll be able to use a wider range of adhesives.

I used the zip glue posted above. I bought it cheaper with my cards and pocket order. Not only does everything stay, I had a few seconds to realign before it became permanent. Great since I'm such a perfectionist.
