We made our own escort card wall! More like the FH made it haha! It’s an 8ft x 8ft freestanding wall with a gold vinyl sign and 200 small hooks. On each hook we are hanging a small metallic box with a tag and a name. Inside the box is a gourmet fortune cookie with the table number fortune inside it! It was a lot of work but we think it adds to the guest experience.

I printed our own menus, invitation envelopes, table numbers, and seating chart using templates from Etsy. They were about $5 each and I just printed them from home on white cardstock.

These were the menus I created and printed myself. And the escort cards I created using old library card catalog cards. I did diy everything for my wedding and I’m so happy I did!

I’m planning to print my own programs. Just small and simple, 1/3 of a page (like a brochure but cut apart) printed on front and back, printed on heavier paper but not cardstock, just like resume paper.

A friend and I designed my invitations and programs. I used illustrator and had them printed locally.

I'm wondering if you used an at home printer? If so, do you mind sharing the model details? That is, if it had good output results...
