diy Makeup

Okay ladies I need suggestions. I'm getting married September 19th in Tennessee and the wedding is outside. My sister is doing my makeup and I've researched a bunch of brands and techniques to keep my makeup in place through 80 degree weather, but wanted to see if anyone had any tips and tricks. I tend to have oily skin and have a combination of two primers that works pretty well. I've heard a lot of great things about the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. I just want to make sure my makeup stays in tact through photos. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The higher quality brands will stay on longer. Use a primer and finishing spray.

I use the all nighter setting spray and love it! I recommend it to everyone; never had an issue with it. For oily skin you can also get some makeup-safe blotting paper.

I would go with a setting powder instead of spray if you get oily.

Check out reviews on Youtube for Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation. I have oily skin and chose it for my wedding since it has good lasting power. (I know I'll cry too, which is another reason I splurged on it.)

I am also gonna use a concealer under the foundation on my T zone. Then if the tears mess with the foundation, I'll have pigment layered underneath to prevent streaking. It helps a bit with oil control too. Lots of good videos available for "sweat proof" makeup and "diy wedding makeup" to give you some tips.

I love blotting paper!! It's my favorite! I highly recommend the Target off-brand ones! They work so well and are super cheap.
