diy Makeup Review & Suggestions 1
I'm testing out makeup for my wedding. I'm happy with the lip color, but I'm not sure about my eyes. Do they look okay or should I use lighter colors? Also, should I wear blush? My daily makeup is pretty simple, so I'm not used to wearing a lot of product.

I'm currently wearing Tarte primer, Elf Foundation, Nyx Wonderstick Contour, Milani eyeshadow, Covergirl Eyeliner, Covergirl Mascara, Clinique Lipstick, and Nyx Finishing Spray. I am willing to take suggestions for different products. I have slightly dry, cool toned fair skin.

Note: I will not wear fake lashes and I cannot get the hang of liquid liner. I have hooded eyes and it always looks too heavy.

It's dramatic without being "heavy". I think you nailed it.

You could go lighter with the shadow color, but it looks good. I suggest a little blush. Otherwise with pro photos you may wash out. The lipstick is really pretty, good choice!

I think you did a great job. I agree to add a little blush so you have some color in pictures. Otherwise, I’d just say to photograph yourself in different lighting too, especially natural if you’re doing photos outdoors to make sure you're happy with how it comes across. I’m not familiar with the nyx finishing spray, but as long as it lasts the way you want 👍.
I totally get liquid eyeliner looking too heavy, I have the same issue. Beautiful!

I think it looks great! You need extra color for pictures. Yes, to blush! This look is actually great for you on anyday, not too much at all, in my opinion.

You have great brows, if I were you, I'd enhance them more for your big day. Since they frame your face.

I used magnetic lashes for the wedding, I'm less than graceful, and they worked great! I loved how they added some vavoom and I didn't have to worry about my mascara runningSmiley smile
Good job! Looks like a bride to me! ❤❤❤💍👰 congratulations! How exciting! Hooray for you!

Wow - you did an awesome job!!

You could add a touch more mascara and extra blush on your cheeks for an extra pop, but I really think you nailed it!

You look great and absolutely nailed it! Maybe add a light brown/gold to the corner of your eyes to play off your green eye color and give more lightness to it and false eyelashes(nothing extreme).?

I think it looks beautiful! You could add a light blush. I hate how foundation seems to make my face look so flat, so I like a little blush high on my cheek. Granted I don’t use much foundation anyway, but am usually covering a red patch right beside my nose, so I feel like the blush helps detract from the spot coverage.

I agree with no fake lashes and also with no liquid liner. I still can’t get the hang of it and I also have hooded eyes. I did try out my pencil eyeliner again today and my FH commented that he really liked it, so maybe I’ll get more confident with it in the four months between now and the wedding.
