Those stands in your first pic can be found at craft stores for $10, maybe cheaper with a coupon but I honestly don’t know how you could get those flowers affordably, even silk flowers. You get the shape from a foam base and fill it out with flowers but that many flowers would drive the cost up and hanging greenery is more expensive than the flowers.
The hydrangeas in there would bulk it up a lot, I’d use more of those and less roses. If you went with silk I’d wait for a 50% off sale at the craft stores.

This pic is my inspiration, no photos of mine yet. I don’t get my fresh flowers until closer to the wedding but it’ll look pretty similar to this, just fuller.

That’s soo pretty! I know getting what I want will be challenging and thats why I’m asking for other ideas as well! I may need a plan b!

Thats a flower forward centerpiece so if you don't to spend too much, I suggest looking into a greenery forward centerpiece and add a few florals, buy some bundles from trader joes or costco, etc.

If you really want flowers, I guess it would depend on what kind of flowers you like. We decided to do all white flowers and I mentioned a few to my florist and also told her to work in some carnations. Carnations are cheaper but can be very pretty in a floral arrangement. We are working those in with roses and gardenias. I would also look at making it fuller by using mostly greenery and maybe some floral stems here and there. We are doing six big arrangements in urns for the ceremony and mostly candelabras and candle sticks for the reception. This is a pic of my table centerpieces but without my flowers. I personally didn't like the bowl on the top, but my mother loves it so I compromised. We are putting all white flowers in there and will have some hanging out of the bowl as well as some greenery (yes, I know its off center but the table was wobbly and we were scared to move it lol)

This is my DIY centerpiece. We still need to add flowers on the top of the hoop and then we will have fairy lights on the base of it with a good number in the middle! I also added my inspo picture for it

Oh, and also, do you have a Sam's Club or Kroger nearby? Using their floral departments is much more affordable than a traditional florist. I'm going through my local Kroger's florist for all my flowers
