We are really trying to personalize our wedding for us and our wedding party. The bouquets and boutonnieres will feature something special for each person. Tonight, I started on my MOH's bouquet. She is huge into crocheting, crafting, and all things diy. Her "flowers" are balls of yarn in our colors. I'll be adding greenery, possibly some artificial thistle, and the handle (10th Doctor's sonic screwdriver).

I just wanted to share because I'm happy with how it's turning out and how crazy easy it was (so far). The best woman's bouquet will be sheet music dahlias and purple crepe paper ranunculus. Trials for those have not gone as well as tonight, but we still have time.

No, the handle will be the 10th Doctor's sonic screwdriver. She, the best woman, and myself are big fans of Doctor Who, so each of our handles will be a different sonic screwdriver.

Hi, Jo! Thanks so much for asking about my progress. I've been stuck on the best woman's bouquet for a while. I just can't get the paper flowers to look how I'd like. I do have the maid of honor and my bouquet probably 90% finished, just need to wrap the handles with ribbon and add a few trinkets to mine. I decided against the sonic screwdriver for the others because they weren't as into it as I originally thought.
