I posted a few days ago asking for opinions on the bridesmaid bouquets I made and y'all were so kind in your responses! A lot of people asked me where I got them and how I did it, so I decided to make a post just for that {because I can't just edit the original post!!}:
I ordered the flowers from here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G4DGMVP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0855SQ9YD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KK6KW41/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082VZJ63Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and I put them together following the advice from here:
https://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Bridal-Bouquet/
I used that as more of a guideline and less as a strict set of rules, mostly because of the nature of the stems on the flowers that I had. The flowers I purchased (while beautiful and extremely real looking !) are strictly the flower heads on floral wire, so I ended up being able to bend the wires together instead of having to deal with the thicker bulky stems of "normal" flowers!
Cost Breakdown:
Ling's Moment Shimmer Coral Roses - $16.34
Ling's Moment Artificial Eucalyptus Greenery - $24.99
Ling's Moment Cream Dahlias - $21.99
D-Seven Gardenias - $21.99
(I also spent $15.99 on a 'flower arranging kit' because it had multiple colored floral tape, shears, clippers, and wire)
Total for Four Bouquets and Five Boutonnieres - $85.31
Quoted price for these things- $70/per bridesmaid bouquets, $12/per boutonnieres
I'm pretty proud of myself and saved a few hundred dollars in the process! Good luck to all my DIY/Budget brides!!
