Dissatisfied with Black Tux

Today, FH receive his suit rental for the wedding -- a little over two weeks prior to our big day. The suit looks terrible on him. Too big and so wrinkled. His groomsman also stated that the suit was too big. FH also did not think the quality was very good, nor did he think it looked nice. Their return policy is strict -- once a rental has been shipped out, an order can't be cancelled or refunded. He can go get remeasured by a tailor and request a different size though. Frankly, he doesn't even want a different size because he is so dissatisfied. Has anyone been able to get a refund from the Black Tux? Do you think it's even possible? He has a suit he can wear, but it's navy and his groomsmen and BM will be in gray. Also, we have to hope they can get their suits in a size that fits them properly. Any advice?!

Never used Black Tux before, but navy and Gray is a really popular color choice for groom/groomsmen this year! Depending on the color shade, it might end up looking really good if he decides to just wear his navy suit.

My FI has used black Tux several times and been most impressed by the fit and the quality. Who did your measurements?

We know how important it is for everything to be perfect on your big day, so we definitely want to do whatever we can to help get this resolved right away.

We do have a Fit Guarantee which allows us to send any necessary replacement sizes to your fiance and any of the groomsmen who are having fit issues. We don't require you to return anything until after the event. However, if you would prefer for your fiance not to wear the suit for the wedding, we are happy to work with you to resolve this.
