Disney halloween??

I need some ideas! Our theme is beauty and the beast colors are burgundy,navy and gold. Our wedding is set for Halloween and I want to find a way to incorporate that. I’m thinking either keep the ceremony elegant and then the reception is a bit more twisted Disney, or have the ceremony room transformed while we eat dinner so when we return for dancing it’s changed. Our guests have access to 6 rooms, a ballroom, the ceremony room, a bar/lounge/photobooth and another lounge. One of those rooms will likely have some form of entertainment for the kids.

How many of those rooms will you be utilizing? For instance, one for ceremony, one for cocktail hour, and one for reception? I would keep the ceremony beauty & the beast elegant and dreamy. Go light on cocktail hour room decor (little hints here and there). Then do the twisted Disney for the reception area (where you will be eating, dancing, etc.).

That’s a great idea!! Guest have access to a lounge with comfy seating, a second lounge with a bar,photobooth and tables all evening after the ceremony. The main foyer where ceremony is held and a ballroom where reception is held. However the ballroom is typically used for dinner then the ceremony space is converted into a dance floor. I need to talk to the venue and see how we can use the spaces to better fit our ideas.
