WW website broken? **paging mods**

This has been happening to me too. I've been on mobile all day with no issue but when I got home and got on my laptop mine did the exact same thing as @Blair

I had problems as well. Couldn't even login from desktop. I refreshed my history though and that seemed to help it. The problem was only with the Safari browser too. Google Chrome worked fine (I switch between the two for work and personal purposes).

I only use chrome so I don't think that's the issue, is it specifically a mac problem or of too?

This is happening to me as well. It's been like that for the last couple hours.

I'm not able to replicate this problem. If you're having problems staying logged in, try clearing your browser history and cache. If you're still having problems after that, please let us know so we can try to track down the problem.

ETA: Clear cookies, too!

I am SO GLAD that is wasn't just me. I couldn't log into my guest list and was starting to really worry I was about to lose everything. Thanks for the advice on clearing the history. That did the trick.

Happened to me too

I'm having the same issue. It's been logging me out repeatedly for no reason.

Also having this issue - mac with safari, I'm not able to stay logged in. Seems like more of wide spread issue here

I've been having the same problem on my laptop too.

I was having the issue with Firefox, but I did what WWLaura suggested and cleared my cache and cookies, seems to be working fine now. If you're not sure how to do that, Google it.

Had that issue using Chrome on my iMac. But everything is working once I switched to Safari.

Same issue! I log in, it takes me to my wedding profile, I click forums, and I'm logged out. It's an endless cycle. On my MacBook I use chrome. It's working fine on my phone (obviously lol).

@AmandaJHG(V) & @FutureMrsRawlings - how far back are you clearing your history? Try doing it for the full day. Also if either of you could let us know if WW is working for you on Safari and not Chrome that would be helpful info for us!

We had a few issues earlier in the day that are supposed to be fixed, but please let us know if anyone is still having trouble!

ETA: Also clear your cookies! That should do it!

Yep I am having trouble too. I'm on Safari. I keep getting logged out even when I keep the tab open.

I was on my PC at work and my Chrome browser is set up not to cache. It kept logging me out.

I'm having the same problem on Safari.

I'm having the same issue on internet explorer at work.
