Where are my NOV 2015 BRIDES?? Let the 12 month countdown begin!!

We're almost to our 1 year mark, and FH is extremely excited that he can now count down this year.We're both hoping that it flies by.

So questions for the other November brides, What do you have done/booked?

Right now all we've got booked is the venue and photographer! I'm trying on dresses at the end of the month, too but I don't actually plan on purchasing until march/april. I'm having a wedding planning meeting with my mom, grandma, aunts and MOH in a few weeks so I can designate people to get quotes on things like catering, DJs, etc so we can start booking hopefully by mid December.

FH and I have started our workouts and better eating habits this month too

Well, selecting the date, which was mission impossible; my FH is half chinese so we had to find a lucky day, plus the weather in FL was tricky, the venues weren't available, etc. But we finally did it, Nov 14, 2015, YEY!!

We now have the venue, my dream location in the heart of South Beach, Miami FL. Also the photographer and the STD's, which I'll be sending one year in advance, because around 100+ of my guest will have to travel across the globe, so there will be no excuses, lots of time for planning.

Oh wait!! I also have a wedding planner, and bridal parties.

Im also planning on purchasing my dress by Apr/May, but I tried one on a few months ago and i can't get it out of my mind. I get the feeling that one is going to be THE one. Though, Im keeping my options open, there is lots of time.

Congrats ladies! Nov is a great time to get married. I would encourage you to not put off anything you can do now...the more fun time in the middle you can to just be engaged the better...at least those are my two cents. I just went to order something online on Monday and realized that at this point that a lot of things ordered won't get here in time now (not freaking out...but just an interesting moment).

Hi everyone! the only thing I have is my wedding planner and I asked my bff of 15 years and my cousin to be my BMs. I'm in school so we are going to start venue shopping the 2nd week of december.

So far we have the bridal party picked, my dress is purchased, music is selected and all vendors are hired with deposits paid and contracts signed, engagement pictures done, save the dates are ordered, and the shoes for myself and FH are ordered. Menu and cake have already been selected and I'm currently working on all of our wedding flowers.

Yayyyy ladies!!!!! Time just flies by, not too long ago I made a post saying "1 year mark" and now we are down to 10 months almost whewwww!!!

@JaKLyn OMG!! you are pretty much done. Talk about being prepared! you def will have lots of time to enjoy the engagement go girl!

@Kelly, thanks. FH and I are footing the bill so it was important to us to have most of the vendors (if not all) booked before the one year mark so we had the next year to make payments as we go.

Congrats ladies - excellent choice of month By the year mark for my November wedding (I was engaged in September) I had booked the venue, photographer (and done engagement photos), DJ, and Hair and Makeup Artist. My wedding is in Vancouver, BC and if you don't book a year out you may not get your top choices.

This site has helped me be somewhat organized. Being away on a Military Course it is hard to do things when away from home. I did book my venue and decorator before I left. My wedding date is July 25/15 in Oromocto NB. Venue dates and decorators are booking quick in this area!!
