Weather.... What's it gonna be like?

Kimm, on October 21, 2012 at 12:13 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 8

Anyone obsessing about what the weather's going to be like for your big weekend?

I keep checking the 10 day forecast to see how much it's changing from day to day. Our wedding is in the Sierras and right now from day to day the temperatures are changing anywhere from over 10 degrees to one day it's raining to the next the possibility of snow! But right now, thankfully, it looks like everything is going to be nice and clear for next weekend. So we're just keeping our fingers crossed that it stays that way!!!

Thought crossed our mind today. We're 3weeks out and today was overcast. We went to the venue to see it was overcast how cool would it get? It should be fine..as long as no rain. I'm sure I'll 'favorite' weatherchannel.com here shortily

We have been watching and so far it shows rain Tuesday & Wednesday. And Chilly on Saturday. As long as it stays like that I will be happy! We are taking pics outside and I really hope we have nice weather for that.

So far it looks like sunny and low 80's for me in the Bahamas. I have 1 more day to go to get to the 10 day forecast.

@Rebecca - how nice for you to get weather like that. My wedding is outside and I've been telling everyone I didn't care. If it was snowing then let it snow, if it was going to rain, then we'd be carrying umbrellas and let it rain. But really the chances were greater for the snow then the rain. So it really didn't bother me. Seems like everyone is more obsessed about it than me - I just keep passing on the info to them so they are happy campers.

@Bella - remember rain on your wedding is suppose to bring good luck!

You can't control the weather. It will be what it will be. Just go with the flow and have a back up plan.
