We rented from the Black Tux online and you can pick what pieces you want. Everyone's were delivered on time, even the groomsmen who waited until like 1 1/2 weeks before to submit his sizes/pay. However, since send back my husbands and step sons, I have never received any confirmation email from them that they were received, or anything about my step sons being ripped which I was expecting to be charged for. A friend bought theirs from Kohls--but I know they were stressed about finding all the sizes needed for the groomsmen.

I would just buy if you are not doing jackets.

Look at JC Penney. They sell a lot of suit separates so you can find either a matching or coordinating vest and pants.
