I would try the potato with chive cream, tomato & moazz kabobs, smoked salmon on crostini, chicken quesadillas, ravioli and meatballs

I was gonna say....all of them.

some tips from my tasting. whether it's tray passed or stationary matters. you don't want it messy, if it's tray passed you don't want the taste to rely on the sauce because they won't get much sauce. make sure to have an array to consider different diet needs (non dairy, vegetarian, gluten free)

That's for the suggestions and tips! I knew I wanted to try the Catfish and the Spanakopita, but I can't settle on anything else. It all sounds so...appetizing, LOL

I wouldn't taste things that are kind of universal, like the potatoes, either of the smoked salmon, melon and prosciutto and the Mozz and Tomato Kebabs, even though I might pick them eventually and I'd probably want to see photos of how they're presented.; you sorta know what they'll taste like...
