Soooo... my mom is not a fan

CEH15, on March 25, 2017 at 9:49 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 38

My mom hasn't seen my dress on me in person yet, only in pictures. When I tried on the dress The stylist put a veil on. I didn't think I wanted one to begin with since we are getting married in Jamaica on the beach, but I fell in love. My mom said she's not a fan because of the fact the materials don't match. What do you think?

I love veils. You don't need the materials to match! This one looks great with your dress!

I think a different color would look better. Ivory and white have always looked strange when combined to me.

Beautiful. And the thought of a veil blowing gently in the wind on a beach sounds awesome!

You look beautiful. I personally don't like the long veils, but this one looks great on you.

Veils and dresses don't have to match! I think make sure the COLOR matches, but material doesn't matter! That looks gorgeous!

You look stunning! The veil doesn't have to match, its kind of a stand alone accessory and you'll likely wear it for the ceremony only. If it makes you feel amazing, get it.
