Save the Dates and Invitstions

We got a template off of Etsy for $10 and then sent them to Vistaprint to print them. We were able to get 100 invitations and stamps to seal the envelopes for $70 when they were doing their 50% sale. It was a huge way for us to help cut costs!

We used Shutterfly and for about 60 rsvp with envelopes it was around $70 with a 40% off sale they were running. Shutterfly has sales all the time so I'm waiting to order invites and rsvp cards when they have another good sale. They also have 40% off coupons in the free wedding sample kit you can order that I plan to use if there aren't better sales by the time we need to order by. Here is our save the date for reference. We plan to use the same theme for our invites and rsvps.

We used Shutterfly and ordered magnets for our save the dates. We bought a Shutterfly Groupon and used that, which made it a little cheaper. For our invites, we used Invitalia (on Etsy) to design our invitations, then had them printed through VistaPrint. Much cheaper!

We did both our save the dates and invites from Shutterfly during their sales! I got save the dates over Labor Day weekend sale but didn’t send them until Christmas! It was worth it I loved them both!

We experienced some issues with Shutterfly as I wanted to have pretyped envelopes, and they had very strict character limitations. We ended up using Basic Invite for everything and they turned out fantastic! Prices were amazing!

We used Shutterfly and are very pleased. We have a foil stamped design and they were 50% off. They always have some sort of sale. We're going to be printing on our own printers.

Im doing shutterfly. They always have a sale going on. Depending on how many you need it cuts cost down alot. They only thing i wish that the rsvps come with the invites but you can not beat the price when they always have some sort of sale going on. I cut some cost in half cause i have a shutterfly gift card also.

We just did a stock save the date but my MIL did complete DIY for invitations. We liked our save the dates and so did our family and friends!

We did our invites on Shutterfly and they turned out gorgeous. I personally think cutting costs on invites and save the dates is a great idea-they are just pieces of paper people will
eventually throw away after all!

My mother and I are completely making them ourselves! If you have a printer and a sewing machine, you could too and then it's just the cost of the paper! This is just a rough draft so we knew it could be done, the final will look a lot better.
